Welcome to the GOPOD Innovations Hub Limited (GIHL) ERP platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Services
GIHL ERP provides Human Resource management solutions tailored for businesses in Nigeria. Services may include, but are not limited to, employee management, payroll processing, recruitment tools, and performance management.
User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform.
Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Platform, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of GIHL ERP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIHL ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services provided therein.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GIHL ERP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
GIHL ERP reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
